I was just gonna save it with out any submitting but I couldn't find the "save" option so I just said what the heck. :)

Anyways.. this was sort of an assignment because of the sucky-ness of Halloween clip art.

Woo. I like the eye. I wish I could draw eyes that well on these things. Never fear though, because I will learn. I hope. I'd like to see the whole face though because the eye interests me enough that I would love to see the rest of the face, and the expression you would have made with the lips. Uh..yeah.

A few pointers. The face looks oval-y. o_O
Whats wrong with here hair,. o_O Its like She used a big curling iron on one side of here hair. o_O Or the winds in her face.
THe eye is to big. Mouth is a little weird,. SHe looks really fat. o_O (I hope your not draogn girl) Might need a little more shading. More time on background.(I'm not trying to be mean)(Dont spam)

I like the way the planet looks. I want to touch it. Unfortunately, I think if I tried to touch it through the screen either the screen would break...or my finger...odds are probably my finger. Good job. It's spiffy.

Wow. This is great just like this, I can't wait to see how fantastic it will be when it's finished!
I like the hair especially (But nanibunny is right, the ponytail does seem a tad low, or is it the angle her head is at?), and I think you could leave like this, of course, I kinda go for the 'minimal colours' thing, myself. ^_^
