Add some more low opacity dark in the funnel and the top..and some details on the buildings... that dust looks good!

They're fun to watch. You might want to make the tail a bit less solid and the head a bit brighter...and add some detail in the foreground and mountain..

Btw, I haven't seen you make one decent critique so far. If you want to point out something that could be improved, you might want to say how, otherwise it's pretty much useless.
Which is why it's on the practice board. PRACTICE, as in, not works of beautiful art, PRACTICE. Save your flaming for the intermediate board subpar pics. Also, if it was a badly drawn pic of anything aside from a guy sucking a dick you wouldn't even bother. It just happens that there is an influx of people that have noticed there are a lot of yaoi fans and feel the need to be independant by criticisizing the crowd of yaoi fans. One of my pet peeves by the way.
Er hem...my point...the pic could use much improvement, it's not the best but the shading is adequate and the time shows effort. Thus, keep practicing. And hide matsumoto hates you hideyourface.
This is the first time I see someone write a comment here on this board saying things like "poorly drawn", sorry if I'm offending anyone know by saying this, but I've seen worse drawn pics than this and no one seemed to care or write stuff like "this sucks" o_O Some people are just so poor...
