hide-I dunno. It's one thing to voice your opinion, but another to just put someone down. Just cause you can give your opinion, doesn't mean you should. Part of being mature is knowing what to say and what to keep to yourself. Stuff like, "guys are supposed to be known for being the horny ones, but you dont see them drawing lesbian pictures all over the place" is not helpful in any way...

Btw, I haven't seen you make one decent critique so far. If you want to point out something that could be improved, you might want to say how, otherwise it's pretty much useless.

calm down skai :p. It's really hard to respect this picture though since its not in any way artistic. It's just a poorly drawn anime face sucking a dick, Not to mention the random writing on it, ruining the composition. Im just giving my opinon :o

Which is why it's on the practice board. PRACTICE, as in, not works of beautiful art, PRACTICE. Save your flaming for the intermediate board subpar pics. Also, if it was a badly drawn pic of anything aside from a guy sucking a dick you wouldn't even bother. It just happens that there is an influx of people that have noticed there are a lot of yaoi fans and feel the need to be independant by criticisizing the crowd of yaoi fans. One of my pet peeves by the way.

Er hem...my point...the pic could use much improvement, it's not the best but the shading is adequate and the time shows effort. Thus, keep practicing. And hide matsumoto hates you hideyourface.

Thanks to everyone who "defended" me and gave me useful/helpful tips, I know I suck with the mouse, so I'm trying my luck with a graphic tablet...Still I could use some tips on proper colouring (I can't always be colouring with shades and stuff ;D)

This is the first time I see someone write a comment here on this board saying things like "poorly drawn", sorry if I'm offending anyone know by saying this, but I've seen worse drawn pics than this and no one seemed to care or write stuff like "this sucks" o_O Some people are just so poor...
