Major, major cookies to anyone who can tell or even guess who this is supposed to be. Guide pic was in Entertainment Weekly, and be nice, this is my first attempt at something other than anime, at least with colors. O.O;;

most water colors don't HAVE lines. that's only for water color images in anime and whatnot, but if you didn't already know, use 1x1watercolor brush on 250 opacity. that should do it.
