well it looks a lot like him, but you've only spent half an hour on this... if you were trying to be very detailed and accurate, it would probably take almost double that time, at the least. do you use layers to help your lineart? if not, simply draw the outline, set the layer with that outline to abou 40-50% transparency, then make a new layer above that and begin going back over the lines. You can do this as many times as you want to slowly root out inconsistencies in the lines, then delete all but the last layer of lineart and begin to color on a layer below the lineart... Keep in mind that realism doesn't involve line art in the slightest.

hahah, it's funny, but i have no idea what you're talking about. I don't ever recall making any such stateent... in fact, i think i've only posted one comment on any of your pictures. it was something about a sad childhood or something... I'm very flattered to have my name in a picture, even it's threatening me :D

lol nice penguin. Cool shading but the black shadowinf on the penguin's leg/thigh is out of line. Besides thst nice violent penguin! And I saw that comment Turtlebuster was asking what you're parents did to you then he said nah it's a cool pic.

hmm tried a new hair style type thing similar to how a do my dollz still havent got the hang of eyebrows, eyes, backgrounds, noses, ears (my first try at ears aswell) and mouths really, =^.^=
edit: now has a few more key features but i cant be bothered to do clothes
