OOps, I meant to put this on intermediate...please forgive me. The layers are still confusing me. I would like to know if you can move it aside while drawing on another layer and then retrieve it. Was also wondering if you can revise your image after you submit it as done. This one was three layers. |

Actually if it weren't for the pen density on the lower right below the brushes I wouldn't have done such tiny scales. Maddening.Tankies all. |

this is just a quick sketch of my favorite anime character. i'm not really an anime fan but i like this show (full metal alchemist) because alchemy is interesting to me. this is also my first piece on this site. very interesting...

Actually, it's spelled 'Elric' (Elrich in German-movie-verse). ;DThis style is cool! And yes, davincipoppalag is totally right. PaintBBS isn't the best choice for drawing with. I hated it. >.> |

About layers, on Lascaux they work the same as Shi, you can hide them, move them, merge them, and even make them opaque the same as Shi by moving the slider. Just make sure it's highlighted blue or you'll be making the wrong one transparant. If your still confused you can memo me or try the Wiki tutorial.
