da face seems a bit flat at the moment...maybe you need a bit of shading around the cheek bones and the chin to make it look more "meaty"(lol).

Personally, I think that this background is adorable. It's got a sense of style.. I think you could have cut back on the white lines though--too many takes away from the overall effect.

Well, might as well say it.
The movie is Ichi the Killer (Koroshiya Ichi) by Takashi Miike. This is Kakihara, the extreme sado-masochistic yakuza gangster played by Tadanobu Asano, and pretty damn well if I may add. I'd also vote him "sexiest man to ever sport a moustache".
