Oh no this is good for Inter, maybe just go back and thicken the lines of the flower and ribbon a bit and round out her right shoulder (too pointy) and maybe her chin. I am in love with the colors and the shiney bits. But that background makes it.

Pretty good anatomy here. The blocked in gray on white is nice, it feels really 'Manga-sh'. =)
Careful with the hip size on guys. Male hips are generally smaller in ratio to their shoulders.
