definitely may not finish this, it's the spirit of tv remote, eating utensils,and coffee with coffee can. I cannot survive without it!!OOPs, gotta put in" plenty of green tea" somewhere,and "sweet and low"maybe should just be carrying a food bag.I did old fashioned drafting, in high school,and then, did some work; but it was never computer drafting,it was the old way,and I need my angles and t-square,and draft desk. .this is inexact, phooey. but, fun. :)I know that I can never figure out WHEN contest is on,WHICH ONE,and my alarm clock is not on, telling me, a new one is on.so, I figure, screw it anyway; the mods,and the students,and the anime owners all hate my stuff, and so fuck it anyhow. Everyone is allowed to be pissy,and rant and rave around here,and not get thrown off, I claim the equal right. Fuck it. No one takes this site seriously, why should I. |

Let's see how much I can improve this tomorrow. Pretty much everything strikes me as wrongtrying to draw from the perspective of the lightsource. I think if I can't imagine what is visible from there I won't be able to shade it properly. Reminded me that it's easiest to paint frontal lighting...because I don't have to put myself into multiple perspectives.
only one light source - no diffuse light - dull surface - no tricks to make it look right/good. thinky thinky

i wish i could reach out and gently push his chin down and and the back of his head up. he's quite stiff. it seems like a difficult pov to start off with.

It was from a photo ref. I tried to keep it as simple as possible which as you know is not my strong suit. I dont think your scowell, your normally rude to me in your own name.

It looks to me like her right eye and her mouth are facing toward us too much in relationship to the angle of her nose and chin. Who knows? Maybe her face really looked like that. It just feels a bit wrong to me. You realize I'm talking about the original painting, right? Not Flubbles version.Nearly finished.

Another Batman draw.....I saw the ref pic of Batman hangin' from a tree, and I just wanted to see if I could draw it. I'm posting this as finished....I did a little more to it, and now I'm satisfied with the way it turned out, so I'm just gonna let "Batman" rest in peace.....I'm finished with this pic....."lol"!! :)

Thanks everyone for all of your nice comments.....I'm glad you guys like the pic. I didn't want to see batman die either....but I guess he just gave up on trying to save the world from "destructive forces".....there are just too many villains out there.....they keep multiplying like roaches..."lol". That city in the background is "Gotham City". Batman's sidekick "Robin", and the "batmobile" are somewhere in "Gotham City"......no one knows where Batman disappeared to......... Well.....I think I'm finally done messin' with this draw.....if I do any more to it....I'll just mess things up, so I'm gonna leave it alone, and go start a different draw......maybe I'll do another batman draw later on, and bring my fave superhero back to life...."lol! Thanks again for all your comments.....I really appreciate it.....:)
