You do this dark, empty atmospheres so well. Very abysmal and desolate. The figure is just as striking as the void it dwells. Well done

Congratulations to Deino for winning Contest Week 72: Dragons

Very expressive sense of movement here. It's very convincing that he's moving and we can see the effort the figure is putting into flapping those wings. Of course the strong blackness of the background is putting all our attention on that figure, but I also like that the background has something more than just solid black. The faint pattern on the left side helps to give him a place to be and a setting.
