I'm getting a huge 'eighties video game mini-boss' vibe from this picture. Not that it's a bad thing or anything. In fact, that just makes it all the more awesome! Fantastic job with the shading, as well.

edit: Also, 'dragon hong' sounds like a euphemism for 'huge penis.' Not that that's a bad thing either...

awesome!!! bg seems a bit rushed but the main character is real cool!

Yes awsome, Excelent shading, Its reallly lurvly. I like his hair, and the whole body, nice. I really dont think the bg looks rushed its really nice actually.
