I don't whether to give her clothes are not because I worked really hard on her skin. And I need some suggestions for a background, because I'm not very driven to do backgrounds. I didn't want to show it yet, but *shrugs* I need some help with clothes and background ideas.

hmmm, mirrors might be a bit much to do (not to mention provacative >_<). Maybe I can add a reflective oven surface by a fridge and some dog creature...Hhmmm!! Hey, I thinks that's a keeper!

Nice colors and lighting...maybe in the background some shapes that suggest stalactites and stalagmites..like shes coming out of a cave...? they can be dark..without alot of extra detailing..and I think would add to the picture and go with your title.. just a thought
