alot of drawing comes from the will to have a good picture, and being able to move with brilliance.
find a muse, use your head, turn on some music, practice practice practice.

I mean, its REALLY nice, and cute :3 but kids go on here; like my younger sister, and its sortta..wrong..and sick.
But thats my opinon.
