- House MD (Nothing like some snark to complete your Tuesday evening.)
- Whose Line Is It Anyway?
- Arrested Development
- So You Think You Can Dance (stupidest name for a show ever, but I really love to watch people dance, and this show is great for that)

And I used to be a huge fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, when it was still running.

House MD, Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Law and Order: SVU, and Reno 911.

I do watch a bit of anime, but thats only on youtube where they put up subbed anime so I don't have to watch horrible dubbed anime.

xiau (edited Aug 10, 2006)
Well, I watch these shows when I actually watch TV, which isn't a lot. So I watch these shows very rarely xD;

-King of Queens
-Everybody Loves Raymond (oh noes, I watch ELR, I'm your typical American! D:)
-Conan O'Brien
-Fresh Prince reruns <3 (it never gets old)
-Random children's shows

And as for anime, I download the Japanese ones online (dubs = ew) and if I like them, I order the DVDs. So it's not like I watch them regularly, I just cram them in the DVD player when I get bored.

I hardly see any TV nowadays... but If I catch by chance The Simpsoms or Family Guy, I see them. National Geographic and Discovery Channel have interesting shows, but recently they only talk about cars and disasters (Where are the good times? Where is paleoworld? ò.o)
  icon
Sweetcell (Aug 10, 2006)
TV's crap. There's nothing I watch execpt the occasional rerun. Too many reality shows. Enough, beat a dead horse.

The internets my tv. Or I'll go read a book.
  icon
Deino (Aug 10, 2006)
Yes, a book is always a better option than TV. At least books are fun and dosn't force you to sit at an stablished hour.

TheCrimsonKing (Aug 10, 2006)
If you're fortunate (or unfortunate) enough to recieve above basic programming there are a couple stations I find worth while. For instance; Lime Network and Link TV.
Though television is television... just a useful propaganda tool.

squee (Aug 10, 2006)
:/ I like TV in general :D
  icon

  icon
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Aug 10, 2006)
I don't watch it much,. either.... almost never. Actually, I hate it. I think it's partially responsible for the "brain dead" in modern society.
  icon
PolythenePam (Aug 10, 2006)
Since leaving home and being tv-less I watch tv maybe once every...3 months? And when I do I realize how dumb it is and don't know how I could've spent so long in front of it. They never show the good programmes anyway.
  icon
sincity (edited Aug 10, 2006)
Contender is the only " Reality" show worth watching by the way. Rock star " Super nova" is a joke, Tommy lee is in no way going to let a girl sing for the group. Sorry that is the way I see it , and it is a sign of sell out, period. Not his fault really, got to go with the masses. Long live Bill Hicks!!!!!!!! SING FROM THE HEART!!!!!!!! :}
  icon

Reruns of CSI on the men's channel are the only TV I ever watch. The men's channel has SO MUCH BETTER programming than the women's channel. Who picks that crap, anyway?

Has anyone ever seen a normal "cable" guy?.... I mean, like... we have DirecTV satellite, and the last time I had to call them for something they send this contracted guy out that totally made my skin crawl... while he was here for 3 additional hours (I couldn't seem to get rid of him)... he insisted on lifting his shirt and showing me most of the 23 stab wounds his girlfriend inflicted on him before he went to prison, (I didn't ask about that) and then he had to come back two or three times in the days following because he never had the right "cable" or something. Okay, so, today, there's some little toothless guy covered with tatoos "I think his name is Roger... he was supposed to be here between 1 and 5, so I wait all day, and then they call and say between 6 and 8, and then he shows up and he goes to hopping up and down on my roof, when I told him the problem is with ONE cable on the family room television. Right now he's in the master bedroom under the dresser jacking with the cables there. Then he asks me to call DirecTV (do I have the number, he doesn't know it? and I was like... well, there's the one on the caller ID from the woman who called 3 times to say you were running 8 hours late) I found the main number and when they put me on hold I handed him the phone under the dresser and told him HE could talk to the computer there. Hopefully he'll choke on the dust bunnies down under there or die from old age waiting for a person to talk to or something. Anyway, anybody ever seen a halfway NORMAL cable guy? (or one that showed up within the like 16 hour window they give you?) and why does this annoy me so? And why do I have to be the one to do this when I don't even WATCH TV?
  icon
davincipoppalag (Aug 14, 2006)
Shoot him..wrap the body in tinfoil..put it on the roof..run a wire from his ears to the TV...tell your husband it's all fixed
  icon
DeadlyBlondeArcher (edited Aug 14, 2006)
Too late, I just now got rid of him. After all that, he said "Ma'am, it was just in the cable in the family room, it's fixed now." So I roll my eyes, sign in 5 places for the 5 unnecessary things he did on all the receivers in the house - I'm sure the "roof hopping" was a charge in there somewhere, while he calls "Monica"... (she and I are on a first name basis, mind you, I have been taking "he's running late" calls from her all day) to tell her he's running late for the NEXT house.

DieChan (Aug 16, 2006)
Nowadays I don't watch TV. I'm more of a computer junkie. WHen I had cable in my room, I'd watch G4, Discovery Health and Adult Swim anime when it was on, but nothing else. But dude, back when I was in Middle School, I so had a lineup of shows I'd watch every day when I got home:

4:00 - Reboot
4:30 - Digimon (Hellz to the yeah)
5:00 - DragonballZ
5:30 more DBZ

Fun times...
