Contest Week 22: Man vs Machine!

Your goal this week is to illustrate the topic/theme "man versus machine". This is a collaboration contest. You must collaborate with one or more people in this contest. We're expecting you to get creative and make the theme your own. You've got man, you've got machine and they're against each other somehow, let your imagination go wild.

Since this is a collaboration contest, Zack and I will collaborate on judging as well.

JUDGING CRITERIA:
Creativity: The amount of imagination, originality and expressiveness that was put into the entry.
Technique & Effort: The amount of style, skill and craft that was put into the entry.
Following the Theme: How well the entry followed the theme of the contest.
Collaboration: How well you collaborated with the other artist(s).

i had a similar idea nightmare, but i guess user vs ipod or user vs windows will do

im looking for someone who wants to colab wiht me... someone who can do good people.. becuse i suck at drawing humans... so I could do the machine... ;)

Well, my minds a complete blank for this contest, I had something terrible happen to me this week and haven't had the drive to paint.

However if any of the above already have an idea and want to partner up I'd be willing (no, you don't have to hold my hand ;}) Just tell me what you want and I'll do my best

I have a really cool idea. Do you need a collaborator before you can start a picture?
If so, my idea is a side view of a scene, with a person on one side, leaning back, arms held in front to stop something.
The 'something' is a pack of Aibo-style robodogs, with maybe a large one padding up amidst them, and one mid flight on it's way to the human.

Hopefully if I start a sketch it would make much more sense.

I'd like to collab with someone.... I don't really care who, as long as they are at least a half decent artist. I wanna try something like a mad scientist or somethin' along that line, who is being consumed by a robo-human virus..... Like a guy who is slowly transforming into a machine/robot and is trying very hard to fight off the transformation.

I like to sketch and to color, but I work alot so my time is limited.
I use Lascaux, but I can use other applets but I'm not to good with them.

Anyone need help just memo me.

That was meant to be funny, but think about it... that's pretty creative? (yes, with pink cotton candy and sidewalk chalk, too :)
