There are a few things regarding the perspective of the piece, relative to what the perspective was in the ref... Also, the ears come off as being too small relative to the rest of the head, and the eyes too wide and rounded :P

However, there are some very cool tings about this picture... For one, I totally dig the lips. I mean, wow. WOW. Although not perfectly reffed, they look gorgeous. I also really like the painterly feel to the coloring style :)

So although there are a few faults with the anatomy (eyes aren't the same size) and inconsisencies with the ref (she looks concerned, as opposed to peaceful), this is a superduper picture :D (and way the hell better than anything I could do XD)

Actually I'd prolly try the opposite-I'd prolly move the viewer's left eye down and smooth out the curve of the right side of the face. I like how you've styled this though and it deffinately looks like you!

just moving the left eye (viewers right) up would fix the perspective problems and most likely make the head tilt like it should. maybe moving the part in your hair over to the right as well. your ear should come to the bottom of your nose, thats pretty standard. and the far eye shouldnt be soo much smaller..its just a diffferent shape actually. :) if you need help lining the eyes up..use the line tool on a separate layer from the corner of the right eye (viewers left) at a slight slant up and that is where the corners of your eyes should be.
