I love all of the lineart, it's so smooth. But I have to say, I like her hair the most.
You were right to force yourself to finish this, I'm sure it will be fantastic when it's done.

Her bottom jaw may need to be brought down a bit but otherwise, your inking's surpberb.

Maybe the Xodiac post is influencing me but she looks like one of the pictures that would be associated with a description.

Internet hiccups, they're an annoyance aren't they?

I was speaking of the art that accompanies the signs of the xodiac. You know how cancer would be a crab so there'd be an elaborate picture of a crab and little things around it, maybe a decorative border. Some show male and female draws to acompany the sign. Maybe this would be a Taurus or a Libra.

A lovely subject Patience! I love the dark skin and complimenting colors. To me, you really couldnt have picked better colors. They work great together. Her clothes rmeind me of a gypsy as well. just more elegant. Working perfectly within the canvas size you chose. Look forward to this one being finished.

Hey you finished your piece along the same time I did mine, I was waiting and watching for this to be finished and you finshed and may I say it is by far my favorite of yours. I love the lush colors you used in her dress, the amazing folds, the line art, the hair, the hair..... how you did her hand and the staff and the subtle glow of her spell.... yes this is my favorite of yours and thank you for taking the time to work on it so we can look at it. Bravo take a low curtsy. :)
