I love the purple highlightey hair. I often wonder in this type of art why so many of you put the eyebrows over the hair?

In anime the eyebrows are sometimes the main source of showing emotion, their arch or positioning depicts what type of mood the character is feeling. Also in anime there is strange hair that would cover said eyebrows, so to preserve the emotion anime artists started drawing the eyebrows over the hair. Some however do find a way around this...like advanced ways of forming the eyes like real human features...to make the style more realistic.
