very very good human but looks nothing like you

you don't have that many freckles...and the nose is a little big too....and the hair looks messed up...otherwise it's pretty good

What I would do is click on the flesh tone and on med low opacity try to blend out those freckles, they look unnatural. Make them so they don't pop out as much. Move the mouth more to the middle of the head. If you look at a face the mouth nose and eyes form an upsidedown rectangle. The corners of the mouth should rest at the corners of the outer eyes. Take the flesh tone and use a darker shade of it to do the outlines, at the moment the black is too harsh. And don't be afraid to outline with thick lines and then erase to thinner smoother lines. That includes the hair too, with a few highlights in the hair just slightly lighter than the hair color. Look in a mirror, see where your eyes and nose fall and where the shadows are and apply accordingly, same with highlights, and if you take too many freckles out just use a darker tone of the flesh color on low opacity and apply sparingly.

I hope you don't take this as harsh critique, you can ignore it if you want, but your doing quite well WMG.
