It's very close to the reference photo, you did a nice job replicating it, but I personally would have changed it when painting by adding more striation in the reflection in the water.

Wonderful job. seagulls are my friends. I live with them every weekend. Like your rendition. I tend to disagree with DBA on this one. I like the strong quality. not everything has to be photorealistic. Pics can fall inbetween whether intentional or not. I think this works jes like it is.
