ahhh man thats uber good. tis really close to the ref w a bit of personal style chucked in :) just one little thing, i know its not finished, but the eyes and wrinkles currently stand out a tad too much.. i dunno maybe thats wot u were goin for, but for me, havin looked at the ref, they're bit too strong n seem disconnected from the rest of the face. nit picking really!

actually on seconds thoughts, stronger eyes make the pic all the more engagin.. gives it an edge over the photo.. i dunno >_<

The color of the lips looks a little too saturated (at least on my monitor). But other than that, this is looking wonderful so far.

I like it, it's painterly. He's got a great face.

One of my favorite "serious" actors, though he can be a wee bit scarey at times, I believe he's portraying Picasso in a movie due out later this year? I could be wrong...

I'd like to eat his face with some fava beans and a nice bottle of Kiante f-f-f-f-f-f-f-..... (somebody had to say it) :)

The facial hair is such a difficult task, but you did really well with it. His eyes also speak. Great work.

thanks for the c&c, i'll be back later to touch up those eyes and lips, i've got to revise for a coupla exams i got thursday. hey true story - i had a 3hr exam this morning which i thought was in the afternoon, but i managed to jam in 3 questions in an hour :) hope i pass lol
