Very nice colors, love the hair, but, a few things that bug me...

The hair's shine just seems random, and you put highlights where should be lowlights, and actually, you have no dark shading on the hair alltogether, which makes it more bland, but don't get me wrong, it's still nice.

Don't really get the proportions either, I see a face and some feet that look a bit to high.....

but, the face looks great, for how small it is =)
