MMmmmm!
When I was about five, I had a stuffed animal that I called Snuffles. I chewed his nose. It went from fuzzy and brown to hard and pink. I'm not sure why...
edit: Ooops. I made the fatal error of typing.
This is sooooo puppy loveable. :) I had a choc lab/golden retriever mix years ago, her name was Fudge. I love labs and retrievers. My golden retriever Trixie is my best friend. This is the 'best puppy dawg pickshur ever and I wub it.' :D It's absolutely perfect, the coat, the expression in the eyes, everything, perfect.
Awwww, Fudge is such a cute name! :) Thank you so much for the compliment, Cindy.
I myself have two border collies, and I'm not a major dog person, but I like them. This happened to be a request from a little girl who really really loves Chocolate Labs.
Oh, and golden retrievers are GORGEOUS.

It wasn't a compliment, really, I was saying what I feel, and what I believe to be the truth. :)
(as for the "Fudge" name.... how original for a chocolate brown dog... hah... I let my children name her and that's how that came about. :D)
Edit: And how sweet of you to do that, I have a request from a little 4 year old boy-friend of mine (lol) to paint a Panda bear...haven't gotten around to it yet.
This is just so wonderful and it makes me feel so good that I keep coming back for more. It's "puppy love" for sure!!!! (really I keep looking at how you did everything.... realism done well is the most fascinating thing)
Oh. My. God. Very adorable! I love your painting style... This is very realistic, especially with the details of the eyes and the textures of the fur and... Gaaah, everything :D The nose is love as well :D
