Well Derrick I was thinking along the lines of a comic panel, maybe once I draw my hero people will get the scale, if nothing else I can remove some of the detail, hope you join.

Ok, well this is about the size I was thinking. Now using perspective I figured some can be farther away from him, some close up, not too cluttered that the background gets lost, and like I said they're flying or running or hopping or whatever, action pose y'know. I would have done more, wanted to move him around and try to find a better spot but the minute I used the rectangular move tool my lines wouldn't show and I could'nt erase some of my sketchiness, or move him again, but this is the overall scale I was thinking. Get out your comic books friends and get inspired.

I think this is a better scale.
If I knew What characters to use. I could do much better.

Comic art is all about telling a story.
You need to know what story you want to tell or It won't come out right.

Story telling is at the heart of comic art.

I thought it looked straightforward, sorry for the confusion guys. To me I just see a whole bunch of hero's, some far away, some close up, some more forward, some more back, flying walking running in the same direction. You add what you what as you wish Derrick and I'll add my own. Sorry to have made my first collab so confusing. *slap my hand*

The white light is on it's on layer. You can delete if you don't like.

I slightly changed some of the color. And added crapy shadows.

I made a mess Ha Ha.
Someone should clean it up.
The white ball needs something done to it.

Well it's looking good, if anyone else wants to do a hero they can memo me and I'll add you in, although Derrick the white ball was glass so I'll fix this up and if no-one else wants to add I'll click it as finished. Thanks for my first collab guys, it was fun, if a little hard figuring out how to do a collab XD.

Ok, this is done. I don't know if other people wanted to join in but this has been sitting in our respective studios long enough.

Worked heavily on the background. I must have tried to do this 5 times in the last week and kept screwing up and getting frustrated. Never submitted.

Guys, 18 layers? 18? That was one of the things that got me flustered. I saved 4 layers and merged them and started a new layer to shade, highlight, and tweak.

Clox I sharpened your boy there because he was getting lost in the background. Derrick your guy was looking a little ragged so I smoothed the lines and added highlights and a bit more skin tone, eyes, and fixed his knee. Hope you guys don't mind.

I could probably work a little more on the background...... but I won't *sigh* It's done. Thanks for collabing guys, maybe next time I won't do such a diificult background XD.
