Much better, november! Neck is a tad thick, but that's okay, you can always work on that.
Xiang is right;; you need to get used to drawing both sides of the face. I hate trying to get my eyes to look the same, but learning to do that well is important.
This was a great improvement in terms of lineart. And it didn't take you too much longer to make it cleaner.

~you could have hair covering one side of the face, just draw the eyes under neath, to show they're there for practice *it's what I do, and it looks..weird... ._.;;;;;;;*
