I think it's more on the purple-side. It might look more that way once I add the darker shadows in.

I like this and it is quite precious, but the background annoys me. It distracts from the preciousness.

Precious moments are nice. My mom started a collection for me as a child...I never kept up with it, but I went to the man's museum when I was younger, and it was quite interesting. You show alot of skill in this piece though, it seems life like.

Would anyone like to suggest a bg for this? I really don't know what would suit this well....but the one main thing I'm trying to avoid is something very soft and light that'll end up blending right into the figure. So if anyone has any ideas...I'd REALLY appreciate it. This pic is really important to me :-/...

I love the background, I really hope you don't change it. I think if you add a few more "spotlights", maybe in a different color and size, at different depths (not too many, and not evenly spaced) it will be perfect. If you do decide to change it somehow, I would stick with the very dark/black base you have now, it makes the little guy really stand out.

I personally despise little figurines, I think they are cluttery and I always have this urge to pick them up and SMASH them against the wall. :) I do, however, like this picture very much.

I was thinking after I commented on this the first time that I seem to remember reading somewhere once upon a time, a long time ago, that pink was initially intended for boys and blue for girls, but it got switched somewhere along the way. Anybody else ever hear that? Just wondering...
