Wow, Cindy this is beautiful!! I love the frosty feel to it. It feels like i'm there watching him as he waits for the sun to rise.. I can't explain my thoughts to well... it's just gives off a feeling... sorry, i'm making no sence... >.< Anyway great job Cindy!! ^__^

Except for the guy looking more modern with the pony tail, the first impression this gave me was of a man back at the bomber fields in England after the war was over, standing by the concrete runway rembering his friends. I must have seen a photo of a similar scene, but I don't remember.

It looks like a tie down bar
Also at a camp i like to go to, they have a pole like this to tie horses to then more over by a garden to tie tarps to if there is going to be a frost
But it makes me think of a gate with a sidewalk on the other side
Looks lonely though
