I agree with Marcello and the reasoning behind ophenwa's post, somehow, I think it counts as drawing related.
Hehe... I used to do this when we had a phone line connection, but I don't know if it'll work against Green Bug.
If you load up the applet, you should be able to disconnect from the internet and keep the applet open, then reconnect when you want to send it... but that's manipulative and sneaky =P
