what's wrong with layers? :(

you could have used the layer unify tool to fix the stuff. erase the background, then layer unify the lines.

Well I was not paying atention and half the pic had layer bg and the part had layer fg. And there were all these spots of layers fg on bg and omg this is confusing and its scrude the pic up and i dunno know-__-.
