The lighting on the water and the crispness of this picture are remarkable Dave. Your continued improvement is very inspirational.
HunterKiller_ (Oct 1, 2005)
Oh wow poppa, that's amazing. Love the oranges. There is one thing that bugs me however, i hope you don't mind me saying so, i think the sail looks kind of flat, but maybe it's just me.
Queen_Asheer5600 (Oct 1, 2005)
Truely stunning, I would never be able to draw like this on the computer to save my life ^^;
staci (Oct 1, 2005)
pretterly...i love the orange and black, much more eye-pleasing and dramatic than plain ole blue sky/water. ^_^
davincipoppalag (Oct 2, 2005)
Thanks you guys... HK...that's how the ref looked , too. theres a slight curve in the at sunset when the winds calm..
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Oct 2, 2005)
Not only is this the best sea-scape you have done to date, it's the best one ever done here, period. It's so bright and it gives of such a warm, serene feeling. Great job on that sail, too.

Seklyan (Oct 2, 2005)
FANTASTIC! it's so simple and you spent so little time on each portion, it just looks really amazing, especially the colors you used and the contrast between the boat and the sky and water... clouds are great too. very delicate.

i'm still amazed by the water...
Justin_Sane (Oct 2, 2005)
