I think the shoulders/collar bone need more definition, her left breast looks sort of strange large, compared to the right, and her left hand looks a bit mishapen. Other than that it's great. Especially her right arm and face.

I'm guessing she's squeezing/lifting her left breast with her arm. which would cause it to look like that...
