I drew something similiar to this on a desk at school.. and wrote underneath it... "Eye am watching you"... someone wrote under it, 'Really, are you.." and I replied, "Yes, Eye am..."

I'm pretty wack sometimes, but maybe it's just that subject... hm, just that subject... he he he ;-)

I think you should shade the white of the eye, near the top, and corners... and don't forget the tear ducts ^^

also, some more shading would be nice in the face itself.. and you should probaly use your own colours, the dodge and burn tools just don't give the same effect...

Otherwise quite nice, I like the reflections in the pupil *nods*
