Thanks guys, but I'm hoping myself that in the end, I'll nail all the gradation in his skin tones too lol. I still have yet to learn how Aubrey does that so well, but I'm not giving up till I master it myself :). And you guys really should check out the trailer if you already haven't. Too cool to pass up :P...

Actually silver_maiden, I think last time I checked it'll be released on the 13th on DVD :). On the trailer it says it'll be a simultaneous release, so Japan will release theirs on the 14th since they're like a half a day ahead of us. I'm just letting you know so you can get a copy before they sell out ;).

XD I already reserved my copy. But made the mistake of reserving it in Tokyo, while I was there, and not thinking about the fact I won't be there to pick it up. =_= there goes my 1000 yen. (eh, whats 10 bucks right? I got a cool little flyer though, with my reservation and 10% off anything in the store... ah, I love Japan)

Anyways. I can't wait till it comes out. I even went out and bought FF7 (it was only 12 bucks at best buy!) and started playing it again. YESH the graphics is so painful... but fun nonetheless.

XD This is so incredible. I don't know how you can work the Shi-painter so. >__< maybe it just hates me. I find it ironic all these people thought he looks white. He really doesn't. Not in your picture or in the trailers. By the way, how DID you become so talented? By the way, LOVE the shades.

This is amazing! I always thought Rude was such an overlooked character. FF7 was always my favorite of all the Final Fanasies. I heard they were making a video game featuring Vincent, mabey they already did, it was a while ago. Well anyways, wonderful job I really can't wait to see it finished!

I wanted to add that one of the things that fascinates me so about this is that it has such strong atmosphere, it looks like very early morning and that it would be cool and humid... I can feel that just by looking at this.

FM-The mustache does kinda bother me, but that's how it is in the screen cap and I thought making it look naturalistic would kinda ruin the 'Rude' face, so I chose to keep it that way. I think his suit kinda bothers me a bit which I might go back and touch up some more, though.
