I am teaching myself Japanese, everyone!!! YAY!!!
Kutsu is saying "My name's Kutsu!", which is really "Me as for Kutsu (am/is).", which is also "Watashi wa Kutsu desu.". Whoopie, fun!

Actually it's saying "I am Kutsu," but you put the wrong character for 'ha,' so it doesn't say much of anything. The correct way to write it would be 私はくつです｡

I know very few words in Japanese....about...30 something...and they're all pronounced wrong...*sigh*

In what case do you use -WA(?? ) / HA(?? ) - for the subject-suffix? ^^"

I want to take Japanese, but they dont' offer it in junior high until ninth grade... *sigh* three years...
