i havent seen the ref, but my bets would be the bridge of the nose is too big and the hairline is a little too far back? maybe? lets see that ref.

yeah it doesn't really look like him. But other than the hand, the colouring is great.

Well it came out pretty good... even though it doesn't really look like him but i did the best i could at my current skill level!!!
So i'm pretty satisfied with this as it is.... hope you all will think it is ok!!! ^_^
