Looks like good ol' lascaux to me. Except, I still hate the fact that the way the opacity works is just like Adobe. That's probably the only reason I really truly use PaintBBS.

Lascaux has both, opacity like photoshop, flow like paint/oekaki...

Marcello: No. I mean, it's got a funky overlapping feature that I don't think blends well. It's difficult to smudge or smear it together.
