It's a good attempt... the right hand side (his left) is really well done.
As for crit - The head needs to come a little forward, it looks a little like he's bringing his chin in towards his neck. The only other problem is his right arm, it needs to be brought back so that it's a little more hidden due to the angle he's standing.

he's looking kinda stiff. i reccomend sketching a bunch of poses and not worrying about finalizing lines for a while first before you start into a finished project :)
Thanks. Now that i look at it yes, his right shoulder/arm is way too forward, i thought there was something funny about the arm.
And yes, he does indeed look very stiff, that's my big problem with drawing people in my own poses, most come out looking like they were cut out of cardboard, hard, hard cardboard X.X
Fixed the arm a bit. I think it looks pretty normal now, or should be even furthur back?

I like it a lot! It's pretty anatomically accurate, but I also recomment getting a tablet and just quicksketching a but of anatomical practice pictures, and don't bother filling them in or outlineing or whatever. Just sketches like that are good practice.
