Not a bad drawing.. you might smooth it out some and blend a bit more, and clean up the edges. Add some kind of background. Pretty nice though. (the eye on the right (his left) appears larger than the other?)

I think the eye difference adds interest to the face. I like the mouth and the messy hair.

i agree with emmamommalag, i would say smoothing out would be anout all this pic needs. like the shading
