You should add search lights coming outta the castle :P.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 8, 2005)
This is beautiful, even though it's a castle it reminds me of last sunset light in Monument Valley. I love sitting on rocks out there and watching that happen.
Doodle (Mar 8, 2005)
very mysterious. love the red.
marcello (Mar 9, 2005)
too dark O__O
davincipoppalag (Mar 9, 2005)
Methinks tis supposed to be dark and foreboding.. no?
Nightmare (Mar 9, 2005)
I like it. Looks very serene to me, I would like to live there.
marcello (Mar 9, 2005)
dark and foreboding is one thing, not being able to see it is another. you can still have your cake and eat it too by adding some contrast.
Zack (Mar 9, 2005)
Yeah, I was working with the lights off and didn't have a good sense of how dark it would be in the end. I'll take a quick haphazard shot at upping the contrast a bit.

Well, on my computer it looked fine in v1 anyway.Marcello must have a really tinted screen.
staci (Mar 9, 2005)
:o i had no clue that was hidden there when i first viewed. thanks version 2!
marcello (Mar 9, 2005)
my screen is fine, but most people don't have as l33t a screen as I do. contrast is contrast, it has little to do with the screen.
v2 is way better. it adds better balance, focus, and composition.
Gigandas (Mar 9, 2005)
Yeah, okay.
