Edwardo is done. The original pic had his reflection in the biggest piece of scissor, I tried to incorporate it but i got frustrated and scrapped it. if you watch the animation you can get a feel of just how frustrated the scissors made me "damn them to hell!!!!!".I have a hard time making metalic objects shinny so what you see is my best attempt. Any tips or criticisms are welcome.
I love Edward! Great great movie, and I love Johnny Depp to pieces. As far as criticisms...maybe you could incorporate some of his scars onto his face? I'd give you tips for the scissors, but I'm not that great with metal either. -__-
This is really nice although I think maybe his eye is too small? I dunno, it's really nice anyhoo and as for metal.. totally understandable about the "damn it to hell" part lol.
I believe your right about the tear nightmare. it's kinda hard to pick out on the dvd cover but it's there. I guess i didn't pay close enough attention. As for the eye Aubrey the more I look at it the more I think it looks too small. But overall i'm pleased with the final result. I appreciate the critiques.
Kinda reminds me of Sting from back in the day when I used to watch pro-wrestling^^;.I have to say that I'm pretty impressed with this one, monk :).Very nice work.Although Aubrey says the eye looks too small, to me it looks fine (I mean it's a tad small, but not too noticeable unless you really look into it).For the metal, I would recommend finding some metal knife images on google and using those as reference; seeing you have the hand shaped as several knives.Oh and as for the hair curling over his eye, you should make it loose and depict the single strands.Right now they look like they are kinda melted together.Really nice face though :).

Nice jeorb. You did well at capturing that haunting look on his face. It might have helped to use the line tool for those knives; right now they look kinda squiggly or feathery instead of sharp.
I like this drawing and the movie was very nice! I imagine how hard it is for someone to have dangerous, sharp, flesh cutting scissors instead of hands! Especially if he wants to go to pee... >;)

THIS looks pretty good. Just a few minor errors. And I say that because I thought Edward looks like a really interesting character. His appearance may look a bit eccentric but that's part of what makes him LOOK really interesting.
His cheek is a little chubby but close enough. His lips need to be a little thinner though and the chin needs to be a little sharper. So far, it looks like him. Well, you can tell that the make up and the rest of his features is Edward. It almost looks like another actor playing him rather than Johnny Depp. But I guess I'm just picky. I really like this movie though. You did great on the shadows, and the different tones. His eyes looks look great. Maybe you should have left the reflection of him on the blades to add more effect. I dunno. It looked better that way though.
Anyhow good job. Keep up the good work. Oh and the white particles as in the "snow" in the background, that's awesome! I liked that scene where he was sculpting an angel from ice and it created all those white particles. That was neat.
