I wanted to paint some fireworks, so I did this from a pretty photograph I found

Most every year I get together with my brothers and we set a good example for all of our children by shooting roman candles at each other, wiring bottle rockets together and holding stuff in our hands until it almost (just almost) explodes, lighting the whole package of black cats and throwing it at the neighbor's annoying dog. It's still not as much fun as when I was little and my uncle would help us build homemade stuff out of gunpowder, foil, matches and stuff. Can't do that sort of thing anymore... it's dangerous.

Man, DBA, you are on a roll here^^;;;.Interesting description there too XD.When I go to Japan, I buy fireworks at least once per visit and I remember one time I lit one of the hand held fireworks and completely fried a beetle till it turned white, crippled, and then fell over onto its back XD.I even have memories from Ohio of my cousin and I writing stuff on the street with the firework's flame...hehe, good times :).But then neither of them have to do with July 4th but....yeah, it was just for fun XD.Anyways, onto the drawing...:).First thing I was amazed at here is all the reflection colors you worked into the water and then the ship itself.Geez.....so much detail to look at.....very interesting, being that the detail loving person I am :).This is amazing....and like I mentioned previously, you are ON a roll.....

The Queen Mary, huh? I was so close to this ocean liner one time, I reached out and 'touched' it.... :] Awesome ship, awesome artistry, dba.
