The shading is quite good:) I think if you added a little more detail to the toes. It would be better.

This is a very lovely drawing, I love the shading and style... but, if you don't mind my saying, it would look more... natural... if the back foot was more in forward space, it almost looks like the wrong foot is in front if you know what I mean. And less of the bottom of that foot would be showing, the arch of the sole would be narrower. You did a really great job though, feet and hands are my enemy...
