Not bad!. You can make smoother lines if you click the "anti-alias" box by the brush selection pallette..

That's pretty good for a first try! I like the eye and I would like to see what it looks like finished! ^_^

It's pretty well done for a first drawing, but you might want to try a bit more detail on the ear, and the eyebrow would probably not show in front of the hair on the side... but, once agian, It's really good!
