OOOoooo! I love sky pictures! hehee and usually when it comes to photographs of clouds I'm a nut considering all the ones I've taken recently. ^^; This is really good DBA. Very nicely done indeed and can't wait to see the finished version!!!
Yeah, I thought the exact same thing after I submitted and looked at it. But I was looking at an actual photograph, and the real one has even more lightning branches. The clouds behind were sort of a figmentation of my imagination cuz I couldn't see them that well. At least I can still go back and look at v.2...Oh welll.. *long sigh*
Yes, but I merged them, and don't they stay permanently merged? This just makes me sick... I was thinking if I could get some space & could get back in at the point where I posted on v.2, it would be soooo easy to fix this.

Another Thomas Kinkade like drawing.That lightning would be cool to witness your own eyes...great job with that nice colored sky there^^.It's really interesting how you contrasted the sky colors though.If it were me, I wouldn't know where to begin.But you do a great job....not only here but all your drawings.Very very nice^^.
I took out as much lightning as I could - (Had I been able to take out most of it and get back the original clouds, I would have) I had to repaint the clouds because layers are gone in Lascaux after you submit. Doing this fix-it stuff was harder than all the rest of the drawing. I like this one better than the first finished version, but v.2 is still my favorite, that was a feeling - and I don't have it right now. Since this is what I intended for this one, I guess I'm okay with it. I did not touch the bush. :)
Wow.. much better! this is wonderful! and Axil... I cannot participate in the "draw your own genitalia theme" ..I would have to ask for more space...(I wish).. lol

Hrm... well, I like version 2 better too. One reason is that the foreground is kinda flat with vague forms aside from the bushes. The main reason is obviously the lightning, which is understandably hard to do realistically, I just don't think it's quite there.
hmm. yep you're prolly right, but it's time to move on now, I don't have a feeling for this one anymore. OMG! I just looked at the foreground again, and method you are so right, I must have gotten so tired and wrapped up in the rest of it I forgot to finish it! There's supposed to be some silhouettes there, not jump outatcha ones, but I didn't friggin finish them. Oh well. :)
