very pretty, I think the retro blue eye shadow is sexy!

Wow, this is good....and also why I'm going to critique it now...okay, first off,"her" left eye has a flat bottom and should be curved and even to her right eye.The eyebrows could show some single strands of hair here and there unless she completely shaved them off and drew them herself.It also seems that her irises are too small for the amount of white in the eye.Like I have said to some people in the past, it should be near 50:50 with the iris and the whites of the eye(This means that it's a 50;50 ratio about the iris size, not how much should be in sight at all times no matter where the person is looking).If you wanted to, you could also add the microscopic little black dots inside the iris as you could see in the mirror.Her right eye also has too dark of an eyelash in comparison to the rest of the darks in the area, so you might want to contrast that in more if you choose to keep it that way.Also, the end point of the her left eye (to the nose) is a bit deformed, and should look more like the end point you made with her right eye.Well, I think that should help somewhat for next time you draw eyes^^.This is just to help you out a bit.But like I said in the very beginning of the critique, it is nicely done.Especially with the skin wrinkle textures underneath the eye^^.

-Sorry, I just had to say that on the home page, the wide screen framing makes this picture look like a female ninja....XD

Woah! Awesome ^_^ The blue eyeshadow -is- really great, but I love how the irises stand out ^_^
However the eyes look like they're owned by two different persons, no, I've no right to criticize (if I even spelt that right), but one eye is almost a perfect almond, while the other curves 'around' the eyeball, plus on the Curvy eye (our left) the eyelashes don't go all the way to the bottom of the eye, while the Almond eye (our right, as you might have guessed) looks as if the eyelashes extand all the way down to the corner of the eye.

However Gigandas not only beat me to mentioning that, he also explained it much bettter ^^;
But like I said, I've no right to criticize, I know I couldn't do even half as good as this.

hehe..sok, i love criticism. i most always take it into account. and anyhows, you are right..ever been working on two of something and you think theres no way the second can get better then it does! and then i was just like oh fork im too damn lazy to make them match up, but yea ty for the comments :)
Gigandas (Feb 16, 2004)
lol, I have that a LOT.In fact, almost all my pictures are like that^^;.That's also why I'm so slow at drawing because I gotta go back and correct it><.No problem about the comments though.I really like to see people improve and I'm just trying to help you^^.Btw, I really like all your drawings.Keep it up XD.

Boy have I got alot to learn.. I looked at this and said .Wow..then I read the critique and I had to say Wow to that too..I got alot out of what Gigandas said...you really have to look at your own stuff very carefully as if you are completely detached from it ..my work here sucks so far..but I am still gettting alot out of seeing the great pics that many here do, and the other insights I get from the critiques.. i LOVE this site!
