I like pixel shading, but this is a big picture (and it's yours) so do your own thing of course.

I've heard it refered to as Pure Pixels, and Pixel-by-pixel, as well.
I believe that most Pure Pixel images are done on the Sprites & Icons board.

BTW still looking good, a little less blur around the black lines would be good.
