If you spend more time on you pics you would improve. I see you didn't spend much time on this pic. Or try too hard on it either. The forearm seems cylinder-like. The lineart could use some improvement.

Anyway, she hit the nail on the head, pretty much.
I wouldn't know how hard you tried Dangerous_punk, but spending more time on drawings would be a great start to any sort of existence on 2draw; if you learn now, you'll do better, sooner.
For cleaner lineart I would suggest the pen tool.
On normal Shi-painter you just need to rotate the brushes (by clicking on them) until the pen tool comes up.
On advanced it's below the Pencil on the 'brushes' menu.
The forearm (between the elbow and the wrist) could be slightly shorter, the hands should look like they would be slightly beneath the crotch (if the arm was in a relaxed state). Or beneath the hips, I don't remember quite what the term was.
I also suggest mucho shading, a good tool for this would be the Watercolor brush.
On the whole, the model should look a bit more 3D. Like, try making the bracelet and choker actually look like they are wrapping around the hand, or neck.
And instead of triangular spikes, make cones.
The neck is nice though, it's a nice neck.
And the background. Unless she is holding herself up with one arm on the table; this is just weird.
Since we are getting a straight on look at your person, we should not be getting a top veiw of your table, it stands to reason.
But perspective isn't easy, sooo... *shrugs* yeah.
A'ight. I'm all out of critique.
Ehm... oh, and do please spend at least half an hour on your pictures in the future, A'kay?

This is great for a first pic, the lineart could be cleaner and more shading is a good thing. I dig the mouth, grr! And punk does kick ass.
