I think it needs work.. a lot of work. The fingers are not too bad, but the background is killing the picture.

pretty neat idea, but i have to agree that the background interferes. it's hard to tell at first glance that there are fingers there. not bad tho

Does this hand have a thumb or is it just pointing with the thumb? Or is it a weird alien without opposable-ness?

Yeah. like strangeoid, I was wondering the same thing. It looks wrong. The background needs a LOT of work, but the fingers do looks okay, like Armando said.

heh I think its really interesting. Kinda looks like swirlys or ripped paper in the bg. It's different. ^.^
