As for the picture, it's awesome so far!!! Cloud's shirt is still a little intense. Maybe a little bit of a darker tone? Aeris kinda looks like she's smiling... O.o And I know that you probably just started on her, but Aeris needs some shading ^^ Sephiroth (as awesome as the red aura is...) still needs a more evil expression. Maybe his eyes need to be a little thinner or his eyebrows be pointed at a higher angle. ^^
