hhmm, I'm not done smoothing out the line art... and then I'll darken it and smooth it out again.... I'm slow..... what do you think so far... oh, and I'll draw some thing else over in the left too... XD... tell me what you think...X3

You need to be a little less heavy with the lineart on the muscles, hint at them with shadows and highlights. When you do the markings make the lineart thinner so they're not so heavy. And the abs wouldn't be so high up on the chest. Lower them bit. Getting better Aaron. Go see my request in the contest board.

Best thing for refs? Pumping Iron magazines. Or those health mags with buff men and women. Or better yet, get a real good art book on anatomy. And if all else comic books. Yes they over exaggerate muscles and form, but the basics are there.One for every tip, but we'll start out with semi precious first. :)
